    (You’ll need to submit a receipt from the prop firm showing the challenge purchase date.)
     

  3. Confirm that you followed the method and used all required tools during the challenge by submitting:
     

    • A completed Challenge Tracker
       

    • A brief explanation of how you used the Risk Management Calculator
       

    • A completed Pre-Trade Checklist, or a written confirmation that you followed all checklist items
       

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email me at tradewithjem@gmail.com within 60 days of your original purchase. Please include:

  • Your full name and the email you used to sign up
     

  • Your course platform login email (if different)
     

  • Your prop firm challenge receipt
     

  • Your completed tools and confirmation of the above steps
     

Once I’ve reviewed your request and confirmed the eligibility criteria have been met, I’ll process your refund within 5 business days.
